Rev. Tom Allen has been in the gospel ministry since 1975. He is a graduate of Asbury College (Wilmore, Kentucky), and the Alliance Theological Seminary (Nyack, New York). Pastor Tom was the National Director of Evangelism for the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA), and he has pastored churches in British Columbia (Canada), Ohio, and Minnesota. He has also served on the denominational Board of Directors for the C&MA.
Rev. Tom Allen is founder and president of Tom Allen Ministries and a National Evangelist for the C&MA. As an evangelist, his travels have taken him to more than 300 churches in the United States and Canada. He has also journeyed to several locations in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and South America, ministering to missionaries and their children, along with national churches and their leadership. During the past several years, Tom has served as Intentional Interim pastor for several churches that were in transition or crisis.
Rev. Allen has been through several continuing education workshops including: Growing a Healthy Church (Sonlife—Levels 1-4), Pastor-at-Large Training (The Christian and Missionary Alliance) Making Peace and Sowing Peace (Rev. Jim Van Yperen, Metanoia Ministries), Restoring Beauty to the Bride and Restoring Churches to the Heart of God (Specific training for Intentional Interim Pastors taught by Church Resource Ministries, www.crmleaders.org)

Tom and his wife, Arliss, have a home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. They have two adult daughters—Andrea and Amanda.
